Bond Management LLC ("we," "us," or "WireBot") operates the WireBot platform, an AI-powered customer relationship management tool for wireless retail stores. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

Customer interaction data: Customer names, phone numbers, product interests, interaction notes, and voice note transcriptions entered by wireless retail reps.

How We Use Information

To provide and operate the WireBot platform
To send follow-up messages and appointment reminders on behalf of authorized wireless retail stores

SMS Messaging

WireBot sends SMS messages to customers on behalf of wireless retail stores. By providing consent to a participating retail store, customers agree to receive messages related to their wireless retail interactions.

Message frequency varies based on customer interactions and follow-up schedules.
Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell, share, or rent mobile phone numbers to third parties for marketing purposes.
Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Customers may text HELP for assistance.

Data Ownership

Customer data entered into WireBot is owned by the wireless retail dealer (the store). When a rep leaves a store, customer records remain with the dealer. Rep performance data (close rates, streaks, XP) belongs to the individual rep.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

AES-256 encryption for data at rest and in transit
Multi-tenant data isolation with row-level security in PostgreSQL
Role-based access controls (rep, manager, dealer, admin)
Shift-based sessions on store-issued devices only
Complete audit trail of all platform actions

Data Retention

We retain customer interaction data for the duration of the dealer's active subscription. Voice note audio files are automatically purged after 90 days; transcriptions and extracted data are retained. Upon account termination, dealers may request full data export or deletion.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform, including cloud hosting, authentication, AI processing, and telecommunications providers. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
