Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WireBot platform operated by Bond Management LLC ("we," "us," or "WireBot"). By accessing or using WireBot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

WireBot is an AI-powered customer relationship management platform designed for authorized wireless retail dealers. The platform provides follow-up automation, voice-based customer capture, commission tracking, and performance analytics for wireless retail sales teams.

2. Eligibility

WireBot is intended for use by authorized wireless retail dealers and their employees. By using the platform, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of a wireless retail business and that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete business information during registration.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WireBot only for lawful purposes related to wireless retail operations. You may not:

• Use the platform to send unsolicited messages or spam
• Send messages to individuals who have not provided consent
• Violate any applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act
• Attempt to access another dealer's data or circumvent security controls
• Use the platform for any purpose unrelated to wireless retail operations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform

5. SMS Messaging Compliance

WireBot sends SMS messages on behalf of wireless retail stores to their customers. By using the messaging features, you agree to:

• Obtain proper consent from customers before sending messages, in compliance with TCPA requirements
• Honor all opt-out requests promptly (customers may reply STOP at any time)
• Include required disclosures in initial opt-in communications
• Comply with quiet hours restrictions (messages are not sent before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time)
• Maintain accurate records of customer consent

Message frequency varies based on customer interactions. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Data Ownership

Customer data entered into WireBot belongs to the dealer. Rep performance data (close rates, XP, streaks, milestones) belongs to the individual rep. We do not claim ownership of your business data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

7. Intellectual Property

The WireBot platform, including its design, features, AI models, and documentation, is the property of Bond Management LLC. Your use of WireBot does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform itself.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.

9. Fees and Payment

WireBot is offered on a per-rep, per-month subscription basis. Pricing details are available upon request. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Pilot partners may receive special pricing as agreed in their individual agreements.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may request export of your data. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination to facilitate export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bond Management LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of WireBot. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

WireBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. AI-generated content (drafts, insights, recommendations) is provided as a tool to assist reps, not as guaranteed business advice.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of WireBot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
